• Each exclusive lead has a set walkthrough date and time.

  • You may request to reschedule, but it’s not guaranteed.

• If the lead cancels or refuses the walkthrough, a refund will be issued.

• If the lead is already your client or someone you’ve previously quoted, no refunds will be given.
